| First steps Retreats to choose from that it?s difficult to know where to begin, and some have yet to issue their 2010 calendar ...retreats because they interest me the most and there appears to be much less written about them than wellbeing retreats for ...retreats will help me deepen my own spirituality, and if there are things I can take away with me and apply ...spiritual renewal and new insights. | That was great! You did a very good job and I was amazed of the people like you that really took time for this kind of thing. Especially that nowadays, people do not have enough time for this things to do. I just want to know if you have a scheduled here in Canada for a spiritual retreats? I am interested to attend and be part of it. Hope to see you soon. |
| I totally agree that retreats enlighten our minds and hearts. It also deepens are spiritual life. In this very complicated society we really have to take time in meditating for our own selves so that we will know where we are really going through. There are a lot of challenges to face and we should not give up because it measures how strong we are. I personally enjoy joining spiritual retreats. |
| That is true. It is important that once in awhile we try to dig deep in our self and try to have some connection to our deeper self. For me this activity is a great way to loosen up a bit and take those stress and problems away from your system. It is like restarting your whole system and refreshing yourself. | Life after college can be so stressful most of the times and its fast phased nature can really create this one complex maze where one person's soul can get lost in. Not everyone has their spirituality in tact or in check as one can sometimes forget feeding their spirit and focusing more on career, money and other earthly wants. If I may suggest, one should at least allot time for his soul to be nourished every once in a while. |
| Hi there! Just everytime I feel so down and weary, I always would opt for a spiritual retreat. It is a time for me to recollect my experiences and try to realize why things are happening that way. This is the best time for me give time to myself and appreciate all the things that I have. I am very thankful for these times. I always find it very helpful.
