| The Minimalist Enlightenment Path sounds interesting for me. How do I go about it? I think it is quite convenient to take spiritual class online. I also want to hear some experiences from other people about The Minimalist Enlightenment Path. I believe these are the things that we need because life is full of challenges and trials. So we need a break sometime and have a little relaxation. I am interested with this. |
| I do agree that minimalism is the way to have a happier life, to some extent. If you can cut down on unnecessary complications, than all the better for you. But some of life's complications can not be avoided, and those who attempt to often only end up dumping their problems on others and making their lives more stressful and "enlightenment free", which I do not believe is the point of all this. |
