Rose, You brought back memories. Way back in the early 1960s,
I had similar experiences only mine was a young man who
would hold his hand out to me. The weird thing was he
would walk through furniture. Two older people were behind
him dressed in clothing from the 1800s.
The memory is the "someone sitting on your chest." This
is exactly how my experiences occured and they went on for
about two years and or until around 1963.
The succubus is well known to sit on one's chest...why this
occurs, nobody seems to have an answer. I think its to get
our attention and it sure does. We break out in a cold
sweat, can't move and then off we go right out of our body.
They are Astral Travel experiences OTB's and they are learning
experiences of a very spiritual nature.
You more than likely are being prepared to make a journey
involving enlightenment and to become involved in paranormal work.
You can't move because you are just beginning to astral
travel and it can scare the bejesus out of a person. Just
go with it the next time it happens, tell yourself this is
a learning process and I am happy to experience it...the
more you panic the more you feel frightened.
You are not crazy you are being taught by two masters who come
in two great forms....the bull and the owl...strength and
wisdom...you are a very lucky lady. You will be just fine,
don't worry.

I'm sorry to hear that Rose.I know some people who has had a life time of experience of various mystical experiences and their effect on the body.
So 1st, I just wanted to help you by saying that the physical experiences you have described may or may not be related to your feelings and dreams. They might be, but it is also possible that something is wrong with your body and the feelings and dreams are actually the result of that rather than the other way around.
So 1st, please if you haven't already done so, see a doctor about this so you can rule to rule out that the source of the problem is a physical problem that needs to be dealt with.
That being said, here is something that has been virtually
foolproof for them since the beginning. It is a prayer created by an earlier
manifestation of
Jesus, called Thoth (pronounced Toth) (Jesus they said has appeared about 28
times through history
in different times and places, using different names, sightings include
ancient Britain, Latin America, etc.
They said in serious situations this has been
known to need to be repeated three times in a row, and there is no known
record of it failing,
unless and individual has done some kind of "deal with the devil" type of
thing. Much of the wording and
meaning is beyond our personal comprehension, being that it is so ancient
and supposedly only for those such
as Jesus original spiritual order, when they are aware enough to
understand it anyway, but it calls on the light, etc.,
so we consider it a good thing, not evil, and have known people to have it
help them totally and tremendously, without understanding the numbers or
names, etc..
While saying it, you're supposed to hold your hand
above your head, point your index finger down to the ground and move your
hand around your head
in a circle while visualizing it drawing a circle of light around your body
(while standing). Then say: (some names are spelled phonetically to help
you pronounce them properly without knowing the ancient tounge they're
from).

Come from the flower that shines through the darkeness
Come from the halls where the 7 lords rule

Of course, the "Lords prayer" doesn't hurt either, and being sure to use the
version that ends in "thy will be done", if it doesn't end that way, but
contains it, just add "thy will be done" again at the end.
Beyond that, there are very powerful protection prayer/incantations from a
book, that recounts things used by King David, and then added to by his son
Solomon. But this is very elaborate, expensive, everything must be done just
right, and we nor the CLO can explain anything more than that which is in a
relatively hard to find book (perhaps the "Bodhi Tree" bookstore in West
L.A.). "The Key of Solomon the King" published by Red Wheel/Weiser Books.
It's translated from manuscripts in the British Museum. But you shouldn't
need it. But if you use it, avoid all the selfish oriented things like
gaining wealth, treasure, etc., and just deal with the parts of it asking
angels to protect you. It also requiers friends to help with it. Not really
recommended, probably the other will be more than helpful, but if you need
this, also consider if you have ever made any kind of "dark deals" that need
to be broken and are now coming back to haunt you.
As far as the EMP things, we've know sensitives to find help with serious
problems, the same way universities test alleged psychics, it's called a
"Faraday cage"(sp?) (named after a brillient scientist that invented it).
You could research it, but what we know of it is making a small room or
space made out of a copper wire mesh on ALL sides, leaving holes no larger
than a quarter inch, then "grounding it" (either attaching a wire to a metal
or copper pipe that is pounded into the ground, or if you have old fashioned
pre plastic pipes in your plumbing, usually a drain is grounded). Another
source for many types of electromagnetic shielding is "the EMF superstore"
(you could google it). They have protection for all kinds of electrical or
magnetic bombardment systems. They are not metaphysically oriented though,
so avoid saying things about demons or such, but they will understand severe
health issues with all kinds of EMF problems.
Another old prayer like thing left behind from Jesus before his ascending,
they said was calling him by these names for help, (spelled here
phonetically for your ease of use). "Check-a-tek, Arleck, Vomaletees".
