Feeling more Joy in life from day to dayThere are many out there that live lives of quiet desperation. Unfortunately, it does not have to be that way. There are ways to take control of your emotional destiny and take more control of your life as well.What are some practical tools a person can use? I find EFT (emotional freedom technique) to be very effective in releasing stress and negative thinking. EFT is a technique where you tap on the bodies meridian points and you can usually feel very immediate results. It really is great. Another concept is the idea that we have so many desires within us that we have buried away and we are not in alignment with them anymore and we have become accustomed to being disconnected with our deepest desires. The simple explanation is on alignment is: identify the things you desire, one by one and try to create Faith around manifesting these things into your life. When you do that with all your main desires, a sense of joy begins to kick in again. |
