| Practicing Reiki is really good for one's spirituality because it also helps you find your inner peace and healing. I think it's some kind of Pranic Healing that helps you channel your energy to heal yourself and others as well. Unfortunately, I don't know of any Reiki practitioner here in the Philippines. In fact, I just came to know about it through my research on the internet. I hope that in the future, there would also be Reiki workshops here in our country. |
| There are many people saying the Reiki is really an effective to heal your spirit and for enlightenment. Each and every one of us has his own weaknesses and one way to overcome this is through Reiki, a very effective spiritual healing. Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui was truly a great person for developing the method of Reiki. It is the best palm healing ever. You better try yourself as well. |

| I must say that there are lots of ways to keep yourself free from all of the stress in life. And I would also suggest reiki. I have some friends who had been doing reiki and they would always say that doing it makes them recharged and refreshed. And so I would also want to try doing reiki. | "Tons Of Things You Can Do"
There are a ton of things you can do when you have the Reiki energy healing power. Charging, cleansing, removing blockages, clearing stagnant energy, food charging, water cleansing, trauma healing, inner child work, etc etc. Really your only limitations are the ones you place on yourself. It is fun to use and see how far eash person can take their own healing ability. |
