| Answers: Recommended natural vegan books? Hi. So im 15 and have been a vegan almost a year. Ive read a handful of vegan books (mostly about factory farm cruelty & some cookbooks), but i would just liek to hear other peoples favorite vegan/raw/overall healing books. Im big on whole foods with little preservatives, canning, etc. I have gone raw before but have a hard time not eating carbs. So im just looking for a book about cruelty towards animals or a book that promotes a healthy active fulfilling life (as i am recently coming out of depression). Anything that has a spiritual side is great too. Oh and no cookbooks please. Thanks ! |
