| What lies beyond the Universe?Human beings have always thought of themselves as the masters of the immediate world around them and have fancied themselves gods as a result of their scientific and cultural accomplishments. I have always wondered if indeed we are all not just living one big lie. I mean it's like our entire approach to life, matter and energy is critically flawed. Our perception of space, time and size cannot, for example, be sensibly used to explain how the Universe came about or what was there before it started existing. In all this t seem s that our inability to explain these phenomenon is what serves as a basis for religion and beliefs in the supernatural. Am wondering if there is anyone who has found an answer to this mystery... |
| The fact that they have been able to achieve certain accomplishments perhaps points to the fact that there lies something beyond their ability. In a pursuit to explain all the mysterious phenomenon, there have arisen many theories on how life and the universe came about. That has added to more confusion. Religion too has come to counter cynicism in how certain things happen the way they do. On the other hand, everyone has been left to believe in what he or she deems right because as they aptly put it, 'It is a free world.' |
