| That was relaxing. It can be a quick fix to a stressful day. However, I think it takes more than 9 minutes to actually gain spiritual enlightenment mainly, because people are varied in their resiliency to imbibe a particular level of achievement. Just like Maslow's heirarchy of needs, spiritual enlightenment and self actualization are at the top of other needs such as physiologic, safety and security, love and belongingness... A program or a lengthy course/series of videos can work to gradually achieve a partial result to a truly spiritual enlightenment. Some people can even take a lifetime to accept this. |
| In our life it is important that we also try to restore our energy and the strength of our spirit through some spiritual activities. We are sometimes filled with so much anger and hatred and we tend not to forgive. But we have to be enlightened and realize that things should be done at the right time and at the right way. And it is great to find about these online spiritual enlightenment schemes. There are those people who really are in need of spiritual enlightening and awakening, that includes me too. And I really believe that these online way to reach out to those who needs some wake up call would surely benefit a lot. |
| I am a little skeptical of anyone who offers me spiritual enlightenment as I believe that spiritual enlightenment is something that is achieved when the individual taps into the great power of the Spirit world, whatever you call it. (I call it God) Any other kind of spiritual enlightenment through another can only be second hand at best. Though I suppose second hand is better than nothing. |
| The only spiritual enlightenment I have know is when I hear or read the Word of God, the Bible. As is said there, "For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." So, when I read it, it can speak to my heart and mind. It refreshes me and gives me enlightenment and guidance about the things in my life. |
