re: Spiritual enlightenment .... Are you writing of HAPPINESS? Is this about being happy? IMO, being happy is the single most fundamental goal and desire of all living things. that seems to be coming or indeed, is even underway ..... Why wait? Why sit and hope to some day, somehow become happy (enlightened)? Why not NOW - RIGHT NOW??? I want to be happy now and for the rest of my life! I don't want to wait around any longer like I have for so-called enlightenment to hit me. I choose to be happy now and when it leaves I choose it again. Try it! Jim |
| Of course, happiness is a choice. In fact, I also believe that it is just a state of mind. I always am a very positive person and I always want to influence others. I want them to be happy as well. And one way to achieve this happiness is by having spiritual enlightenment. It is a condition wherein your thoughts are free from any negativity and all. Thank you so much and have a great day! |
| It is really enlightening if you have good spiritual guidance. At times, we feel weary and it seems like we lose our way. But, through spiritual guidance we see the brighter side of life. | That is true. I think it is important that we do let go of the negative thoughts that we have in mind. There are lots of good things to see and discover in life to just think of the bad things around you. Look around and you will realize how plenty of reasons you have to smile, get going and be happy. Gaining spiritual enlightenment is ultimate goal of life as a human being! Realizing we are a pure soul atman... the spirit within is essence of spirituality. Spiritual enlightenment is reached via path of sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism... the doctrine given to mankind by Lord Krishna about 3600 years before now! Spiritual enlightenment can never be gained via path of religion (path of rituals)! |
