| Hi there! We ll know that as we grow older we losses our energy. We have to be brave enough to use our energy in our activities. Energy is needed in our daily lives. We noticed that some of our grandmothers and grandfathers are weak that they can't already do what they want and its because they luck of energy. So we have to be very active when we are still strong. |
| As for me, all forms of spiritual and energy needs full attention. These things are needed for us to be able to work well with our tasks. One more thing, in using your spiritual energy you need to give more focus on it. If you have faith in doing so, it will really lead you to success. So keep the faith and be firm. Be enlightened and be yourself. |
| It is true that spiritual energy is gained in a very different way than physical energy is gained. A person can be quite drained physically as far as energy goes, and still have plenty of spiritual energy to sustain them. On the other hand, no matter how much physical energy one has, if there is no spiritual energy, even the physical energy will be drained inexplicably. |
| I know about spiritual energy and how it can help one person to be at their optimal selves. But what I do not understand just yet is how to use this energy and how to really attain great focus in doing it. I really appreciated all of your shared ideas and thoughts here. It somehow helped me out with my quest on understanding spiritual energy and everything that concerns it. |
| Looking back on 2010 and assuming that what this is saying about only four areas of humans then I'd say I was burnt out physically and spiritually. Now that we are well into 2011, those feelings of being burnt are long gone! |
