| Questions: Burning sage during yoga? is it ok to burn sage during yoga? I've heard that burning sage is a ritual for putting in possitive energy. And to bring away bad spirits and what not. so what i'm trying to ask is, is burning sage in a matter that isnt anything to do with bad spirits, etc. a good thing or a bad thing? and as in bad thing, I don't want to use sage for something it isnt used for. and I dont want the "spirits" who believe in sage for rituals, and other healing stuff, to think of me as using sage wrong. Please understand what i'm trying to say. [?] and I'm not into the whole spiritual thing, kind of person, you know? sage calms me, so I would want to use it for yoga. ;) |
