| Where do we exactly get our strength in order to increase our spiritual energy? It can be with other people, with our loved one or family, or it can even with ourselves. Internal Energy-Work is effective for bringing people to have a strong spirit and face the challenges in life. It is also a matter of proper mindset to see yourself strong and healthy. | Of all of the hardships that came my way, I lean to no one but my family, my husband and my true friends who are always there for me. I have to agree, we have different source of strength. No matter how we think how strong we are, we need someone or some people to give us the strength that we need to push through in life. Thanks for sharing in here and have a great day to all. |
| This completely internal energy-work takes lots of practice and absolute concentration before you can do it. I can just imagine how doing this can give you a clear mind and inner peace. Beyond this practice, we can lift up our spirits by doing good to others and to the environment. If you do good, you feel good and your spirit feels good, too. You won't look old if you are always in high spirits. |
| Hi there! I've never tried this energy increasing involving your spiritual side. Well, some of my friends usually lend me some books with the sane topic, asked me if I had time for some spiritual sessions and I always refuses to. But after reading this article, why not try.
