| Article: 2012 Fears Part One  The Apocalypse, The Revelations, 2012, Mayan Doomsday, what do they have in common? The earth will then end due to some catastrophic events that would occur. Would this be just a myth or would this really incur true sightings of what will happen in the future? | If there is one thing that is true in all these, it is the fact that the Lord will come again. What will happen and when will it happen are 2 things that no one can ever tell because only God knows that. All we can do is to prepare for it by making ourselves worthy of being with Him in His kingdom when He comes. If we are prepared, we need not worry about God's 2nd coming. |
| Who is afraid of the future? Why should you be afraid of it? No one can exactly tell the future because only the one with the ultimate power can say when and how the world will end. The most important thing is to make use of the time given and enjoy life to the fullest so you won't have any regrets to whatever may happen in the near future. |
| It is plain to see that those with faith are able to overcome the fears of the unknown. I do also believe in a caring Lord, and while we are not given the details of the world's end, we do know what is waiting for us once we leave our earthly bodies, therefore, whatever will happen to the world is just a temporary thing. Of course, it is difficult to translate this into every day life all the time, but we try. |
| The unknown, most people are afraid of dealing with the unknown. On what the future might brought them. And no one knows what the future might have in store for us. So we better be ready at all times. And I have to agree, let us enjoy life and be good to others. So when the time that our time of stay in earth expires, we are all ready to face those whom we are to face. |
| Yes, I agree with all of you mates! No one can ever tell of what might happen in the future. Some say that the world will end in 2012. But who are we to tell? I think that the best thing that we should do is to live each day as if it were our last. Relish and enjoy the moment. Always do good and just be prepared all the time. |
