| What do you make of the claim that God is everything and everywhere? I've heard many Christians repeat this. This would either make the Judeo-Christian God to be of Pantheistic philosophy of Emanationism (All emanates from the One). It would also abandon the need for a creator God since God can't create itself. It would also mean that God is you and me and everything in between. This spiritual idea is much more comforting than the idea of heaven & hell or reincarnation or any type of anthropomorphized reality. Everywhere is the same as everything, think about it. |
| "My thoughts.."
There's not even an everything, that's a concept of the mind to understand the unknowable. It all just is, there are other ways to explain it but then it becomes difficult to understand. I don't think God is anywhere or anything, personally. |
