Yahoo! Answers: How do you ground yourself after performing "Spiritual sessions"

Thank author of this post/commentI find it rather difficult to ground after performing Reiki sessions and even deep meditations, I have used crystals (like tigers eye, bloodstone, black tourmaline and smokey quatz to balance and ground but I still feel like I'm floating on cloud 9, any other suggestions?
