| As most people say, Reiki is a very good Japanese practice which helps a person acquire some sorts of relaxation and reduce stress. In this way, we can restore energy as Reiki heals our mind, body, emotions, and our whole being. But of course, a good Reiki master will help you better how it is done. Thank you for sharing the video. I knew the importance of Reiki for people's health. |
| But I do wonder if Reiki can do all that it says it can. I mean, how can they really provide proof of the healing miracles which they claim to have performed, as couldn't the people's faith in a higher power have been the cause of the healing? Or couldn't the healings be explained another way? I would be interested to see some arguments which clearly state Reiki's position and give plausible proofs of its veracity. |
| I have heard about Reiki but I do have less knowledge about it by now. I would love to really know more about Reiki and its principles. How can one be able to attain good health and possibly be healed from all of his or her illnesses. I would love to really know more about this matter. Any useful links would be great for me. I'd appreciate all of your help here. |
| "Reiki Energy Activates Self Healing"
The person practicing the Reiki method of healing assists the person receiving the Reiki energy to activate that person's own self healing process. The Reiki energy is stored in the heart center, and with intention moves up from the heart center into the hands. The hands are placed in certain positions on the body, and the energy moves through the body. A person is usually asked if he or she is willing to take responsibilty for their own healing. This is the first level of Reiki; with the second level one learns how to do distance Reiki. Training in the third level allows a person to teach Reiki to someone else. William Rand's Reiki Center is a great website to visit to learn about Reiki. There are other good sites, but William Rand is highly respected in this field and has tons of experience. A person attuned to Reiki can also provide healing for oneself. My loving Siamese cat, Buddy, used to snuggle up next to my heart center and turn on the Reiki energy for me. Buddy passed on, so now I do it by placing one hand over the heart center and one hand over the solar plexus. You don't have to be attuned to Reiki to do this. Try it. |
