| Everyone should do Reiki once in a while to take off all the signs of stress in our body. Reiki is a Japanese method that is more focused on healing and relaxation. I think it's also similar to pranic healing, if I'm not mistaken. Holistic healing is one good way of restoring our overall health. Combining Reiki with traditional medicine is one good way of adopting this holistic healing approach. |
| A lot of us are already learning the process of Reiki. I think it is really effective for reducing stress and to promote relaxation. It restores the energy of a person by doing Reiki and we are able to achieve happiness through it. It is truly spiritual in nature. | I have to agree on that. We surely have to find ways to get ourselves on track and be relieved from all of the stress in life. I have once faced a very challenging event in my entire life and I almost gave up. Thanks to all of my friends and my family who never gave up on me. I find relief with them and they are my escape from all of the stress in life. |
