#2Jake from the Caribbean | Music is the glue that keeps evrything together. It is the primordial "sound" that makes the stars begin, grow, grow, and ultimately explode. That is the movement of the cosmos. It is us, dumb humnans, that split it into movements, styles, and schools, I agree with the Edelis Project in bringing it all together and making a whole again from the various musical traditions. How does it connect us to God? Interesting question answered with another question. Where is God in the world? In us? Well, in our minds. Or better still, He IS our minds. So when you listen to the 9th. Symphony, there HE is dancing around in our minds. Cheers! |
