| Yeah you could buy yoga dvds and do it at home, but who knows if you would be doing it right. I would just maybe take a yoga class for maybe a week, and learn the basic, than go from there. |

| Though you can buy instructional dvds and even download yoga instructions on the net, i think you still need one on one interaction with an instructor before you will be able to learn all the basics. After learning them i think is the time that you by yourself and enjoy those yoga stunts and poses. I also am enrolled at a yoga class and after i finish my course i will be doing the poses at home by myself. |

| How can these flickering lights actually pull off a successful hypnotism. I heard from a friend that not everyone can be induced to such trance or hypnotic suggestions, there are people who has the natural tendency to fight off such meditation and suggestions (specially skeptics or mentally challenge individuals). So what assurance does this hypnotic computer program can promise those types of people? If this is merchandised then it will cost something, is our money's worth it? |

| You know what, we really do not need all of those expensive meditation software. What we need is a place, a very quiet place where we can relax and just let loose of those stress in our mind. This is a free way to relieve yourself with those stress. I am not saying that we should not patronize those meditation software, it still depends on our preferences, right? Good day. |
