Do it rightYes! Meditation is great. In fact, I happen to think that meditation is probably the only way to penetrate the deep universal truths that we have buried in our minds.Someone said that the mind is the nearest place we have to God, and I think it is true. But it has to be done correctly... What does this mean? Well, there are several school that do their meditations very differently. In fact, they seem different things completely. The yoga people have their own, the Buddhists have theirs, there is a specific Tibetan method, etc. So my suggestion is to join up with a particular school and practice that method. The worst is to see people jumping around from flower to flower like butterflies. Nemaste! |
