| Once in a while I also find time to meditate by myself. I think it is very useful to get rid of the negative vibes from myself. I just simply close my eyes and take a deep breath. I speak silently into my mind and am grateful for the gift of life. I am truly enlightened and I feel confident to face another challenge in life. Try it as well. |
| I think it is wise to meditate frequently in life so that you can organize your thoughts, cleanse your spirit, and allow new ideas to flow into your being. however, I find that when I schedule meditation too rigidly then it become about making the time happen rather than benefiting from the time itself. And yet if I do not schedule the time than it happens so very much too infrequently. |
| "How Is It Going Now?"
It's been a long time since this post was created. I'd like to know how it's going now, about 10 months and a week later. Is the meditation going well? Does everybody usually meditate alone, or in a group? Years ago, I belonged to a meditation group, and it was very powerful. Nowadays, I meditate alone, and I usually keep it less than 10-15 minutes. It would be really interesting to know the techniques other people use. |
| That's a pretty interesting way to do your meditation... "Inhale: My every breath draws money to me. Exhale: My every breath repels debt from me.” Did it work? My meditation is the Word of God. It gives me the strength that I need for day to day living. It guides me in making my decisions. It really helps me a lot. |
| Unlike you guys, I am on the starting phase of meditation. I am not that of a fan of meditation before but now I am much interested about it. I'd like to know the different methods of meditating and would like to know the best method for me. I am very much hopeful to get lots of good response from all of you guys regarding my concern. I'd appreciate all of your help here. |
