I have heard about this Buddhist breathing meditation and somehow I am very much interested in finding out more about it. I would love to really hear from all of you guys with regards to this matter. I'd appreciate it if some more information with regards to this practice by the Buddhist be shared in here. Any useful links to where I can further read more would be very much appreciated as well.
Hi, I have a question. First off, thanks for sharing this post. It was rather informative, especially the part about male and female nervous systems being different. Why is one meant to chant bud and do when doing these breaths? What do those two words mean? And if it is supposed to have some thing to do with buddha, why not just chant bud and dha? instead of dho?
I actually haven't tried Buddhist Breath Meditation yet, but I am convinced that meditation is a powerful way to release negative vibes, relieve stress, and restore energy. It is really important to give yourself a break sometimes. In that way, you can practice proper breathing and realize the beauty of life that you live in. I am pleased to do meditation at times because I feel like I am relieved.
