| I was also enlightened by the thought of Deepak Chopra about healing. Indians have their own beliefs when it comes to healing human spirit. Well I think healing starts within us. Emotional state is handled well through some practices that have been done for a long time. Getting in touch with your spirit is very important as this is a way where we take courage and learn to love ourselves and others. |
| ann, I would suggest that you find some help for your son, and sometimes that kind of help may not be what he likes. You may have to practice a little "tough love" on him for a while, which I know may be hard, especially seeing how much you love him. But indulging someone who is doing something which is harmful to himself, is not love, but only selfishness. |
| I feel for you ann, for what you are suffering from because of your son. For all of us are well aware of how hard it is to take care of a family and to raise them in a way that they are to go for the path of the better, and not the worst. But you can still pick up the pieces and show your teen how beautiful life is to just be wasted because of smoking. |
