One of the popular dialogue we commonly heard is "laughter is the best medicine". Yes, it have a sense, it could help us to be stress free and have a light feeling everytime we laugh or everytime we are happy. And being a happy person help us to stay or look young compare to those people who are always angry they look mature or they look psychically older from their age. Stay happy.

We all have our own happiness. It would vary from one person to another. Happiness is a state of mind. We can find it if we reach satisfaction in life. I value every little thing I do. From there, i realized that happiness started from a little thing by appreciating it.

With the kind of life I bear, I know happiness is just within my reach. I love the people around me.

I have to agree with that. In life when we learn to know how to appreciated things in life, even the most simplest things in life, happiness will always be at hand. In these times when we always feel how hard life seems to be, getting happy had been hard to do. Life will always have its ups and downs and so we need to always try to be happy at all times.

Hi there!

For me, Australia is really one of the best places in the world. Last year, when I transferred here in Australia, I began to live my life perfectly. Here, I found true peace and happiness. This is where I found my husband to be, a good paying job and wonderful friends, so what more could I ask for?

Thank you so much and have a great day to all of you guys!

I agree with all of you guys. I believe that happiness can be the only medicine that can cure all types of diseases. But sometimes, I feel sad to see people forgetting how to laugh, be happy and even a single smile because of the problems that they face every day. Happiness is in each and everyone's heart, we can only find it when we know what its true meaning is.
