| Matt, I agree 100%. Happiness comes from being busy and active, but don't forget, it is all about doing what you really love. When a person does what they really love, it does not seem like work, but like play ! I know this first hand, because I have recently become a writer, and since doing so, I have discovered that when I write I feel so incredibly happy. It's hard to stop, once I start, which is probably a good thing. They say every person has a good book inside them. I'm hoping to get mine out and on to paper soon. |
| Life is full challenges and every time we overcome a single trial it simply makes us strong and a better individual. We should not take these challenges as a burden in our lives. Instead, make it as an inspiration to move on and achieve happiness. I totally agree that happiness thrives in an activity. We can be fulfilled from the great effort we give to the various activities in life. |

| We are the ones who are responsible with how happy or sad we are. We cannot blame people for what had happened with our life. And so, if you want to be happy, do not do anything stupid and try to focus on the good things there are in life. Why bother yourself with so much stress and problems. Anyway, thanks for sharing in here guys and have a great day ahead to all of you. |
