There are lots of benefits in doing yoga. And I do believe that when you are relaxed and your mind is at ease, happiness would be easy to grab. I find happiness hard to find and with peace of mind, I managed to get myself into the real phase of happiness.

You should try yoga as well, for it can help you out in so many ways.

Happiness is priceless. It is also the same with health. This is our only wealth that money can't buy. One way to maintain good health is through Yoga. Attending yoga sessions provide effective results that provide happiness in our total being. I really agree when they said that yoga is a union of mind, body and breath. And through this we achieve happiness.

I do agree that yoga is a lot more than exercise, and while that is an incentive for many to get into doing yoga frequently, it is also a deterrent as many feel that because yoga is actually a lifestyle, they are not willing to change their lifestyle at that point. I would like to see some encouragement given for people to incorporate aspects of yoga into their life and hopefully increase those aspects as time goes on.

Yoga, really is something that can affect one's life. Yes, it has some effects that could yield great benefits for a particular person. I really love doing the stunts of yoga because I could sense that the real happiness is achieved when we are calm and at peace. This is also a great way to let go of the stress that we are feeling and going through. Thank you.

Yoga is certainly one of the best ways to preserve one's health and find inner peace. I agree that this union of mind, body and spirit through yoga creates synergy with the forces of the world. This enables you to always be at peace with yourself and with others. You have a clear mind that helps you come up with sound decisions and the right actions. The whole world looks like a much better place if you do yoga.
