'seeing things'

I always see this almost everynight. I will wake up out of a dead sleep and see objects, people, plants. ect. I always wounder if other see these see things also.

I see things when I shut my eyes and sit quietly. Never wake up seeing things.

i just did a search on google on 'seeing things' when i wake up, and this came up. Happens to me quite a bit, just last night again. I'm sure it has nothing to do with Ghosts ( one of my first thoughts, I woke up to an old lady in my room), but more about dreaming and your mind. It used to scare the heck out of me, but I'm used to it now.

Looking for anymore insight/information into this

i am already awake when i see things, usually it is people or an animal! but the other day, i saw a car and looked up and it was not there, a little while later, i saw a car coming towards me, then it was gone and then i saw one coming around my building out the front window but it never came around. each time it was the same car, that afternoon, the girl that works for me said she was being followed by a car and she described the car i had been seeing! what is that about?

are having premonitions but are unable to make

any connection to them. Have you tried making

notes as to the time of day and date you have

these experiences, how vivid they are? This can

help to show you the connection for the premonitions

and what, if anything you can do to help or warn

MY BOYFRIENDS FAMILY TELLS ME THAT THEIR HOUSE IT HAUNTED... BUT I ALSO WALK AND TALK IN MY SLEEP. A FEW NIGHTS IN A ROW I HAVE WOKE UP TO SOME MAN IN THE ROOM!!! SOMETIMES HE IS WALKING AROUND THE BED OR LEANING OVER THE BED WITH HIS HAND ON MY LEGS... IS THIS ME DREAMING OR THE GHOSTS?

I have woken up twice in the past 18 months and seen a man standing in my room. The first time, I woke up and a man wearing a baseball cap, and a hoode sweatshirt with the hood pulled over the baseball cap was just staring at me, I started screaming and even called the police, but there was no signs of a break in, and no signs of anyone being there, then about 2 months ago, I woke up and saw a different man staring at me, this guy had blond curly hair and smiled when I saw him, again I started screaming and my husband(who sleeps in another room) and my son came running in and said no one was in the house. I know I am not dreaming, and now I am afraid to go to sleep, I sleep with the tv on, or the lights, but only get abut 2 hours a night. What should I do???

the other night i was on the computer in bed and i looked up and seen a black shadow go past, quite fast and then the next night my sister was in my bed asleep next to me, while i was on the computer and all of sudden she shot up and said why did you grab me for? but i didnt touch her. and now i keep hearing things, and im not the only one who has witnessed this. please help!

Maybe you aren't seeing things. Maybe your just thinking something in your head and making yourself believe you see it..

I am not sure if this was just bad dream or real thing. I woke up and felt a presence in the room but couldn't see nobody there. My dog and cat that sleep in the same room with me started to growl and hiss. I got up and felt something moving closer (feeling and dull sound growing a bit louder)all of a sudden i felt someone's fingers on my neck started to choke me, i was in absolute horror feeling helpless. It lasted only 5 or little more seconds and hands withdrew, sound disappeared. I opened my eyes: everything was exactly like in my dream down to what i was wearing and position i was laying in bed not including surroundings and my animals (now that i understood it was a dream, and i was asleep only for half an hr). I would continue to think it was only a bad dream if it this didn't repeat few times now. Fortunately nobody choked me anymore but few times something heavy was laying on me and couple times i seen light or energy or w/e it was moving around my room (and then i would wake up; same setting as in my first dream. meaning i was asleep only half an hr and wake up in the same room and same position etc.).

I would really like to hear opinions of other people on it, someone who had either similar experiences or knows what it might be(fingers crossed that its not a sleepapnia or something..*gasp*). Hey not that its all i wanna hear but it would be great if it was just a nightmare. My only concern its persistency and irregular pattern of occurence.
