| Ghosts in my house!My house is in a hilly area just outside of Washington, D.C., on the Maryland side.Some time ago, like three months, I heard steps coming from the top floor. My husband was right beside me watching TV and he claims that he didnīt hear anything. But I did! I went up there and looked around. All quiet! A couple of days after that heard it again, but didnīt pay attention. Then I noticed the curtains in the living room moving like there was somebody behind them. I opened them and there was nothing. Then a week ago, I felt somebody touch me on the shoulder. I want an expert to tell me whatīs going on! Iīm getting ready to move to a hotel. Cheers! |

Mrs. McEnroe, I make this claim that you are experienceing this because you want to, you already have the inital idea proposed to your conscious mind, because it was introduced, your sub-conscious mind will kick into gear and attempt to make it a reality so that you can experience it. A feeling tells me that you are stressed about something, something is weighing heavily on your mind, something that required persistance/sacrifice. Through stress, our bodies can create a plethora of illnesses to cope with it, but once the problem is found and identified it can then be fixed. I suggest laying down in a quiet room, close your eyes, put your hands, (right back of hand in left hands palm, thumbs touching, but relaxed) and take in a deep breath through your nose, filling your diaphram first, then to your lungs. Hold this breath for a mere second or two, then slowly exhale through your mouth, waiting a second or two at the end of the exhale until you inhale again. Concentrate on the feeling between your hands, if they feel warm, you will be at ease, if they feel numb you are still distant from the problem. But if they are attracted, as magnets attract, then the window is open. If this does occur, chant this repeatedly "Spirt I ask thee, fade away, let light guide you, for you I pray." for about 5-10 min. And everything should work out well from then on.
