I have seen many questioning this. I have always believed that when the Sun rises do you need to tell people that the Sun has risen? We know it through the lights, through life becoming active again. Similarly, when you will fall in love you know immediately that you are in love.

For me I know when I'm in love is when I'm around the girl "that I Love" I never think about sex in anyway when I talk to her. Some girls when I see them I just like to do them and nothing else. I kindda get nervous around her and if you knew me I'm that "Dane Cook" person at each party entertaining all my guests. I hardly get nervous around beautiful girls, and could talk to any of them at anytime, but it's different when I love someone. I think about them most of time of the day. I wake up the first thing on my mind is her. I start caring for her and want to do good things for her. When she says my name with a smile it warms me up inside. This is how I know when I'm in love...
