| Why do people have this emotional baggage that they carry along their lives, and it seems that they are to carry it forever. I believe that we choose to be who we are, the same as we choose to what to feel and what to carry in our hearts. If you choose hatred and grudges to rule over you then you surely cannot make it out of that emotional baggage inside you. |
| I can bear on you. I myself also have emotional baggage and at times it is so difficult to deal with it. But then I am thankful for the people around me who give me hope to overcome this emotional baggage. I think it is important to have acceptance of what we have at present and forget grudge. Let peace come by and move on. In that way you won't burden yourself. |
| I believe when people refer to emotional baggage, they are referring to the baggage that they carry unwillingly. No one carries extra baggage that they don't want to, but the term emotional baggage is for something that weighs on you, that you do not like the weight of. Getting over emotional baggage can take time and patience on your part, as you allow your heart and mind to heal from the pain, but it does happen. |
