| Minimizing your emotional baggageLife is filled with many challenges that we must eventually endure and overcome in order to become an even stronger individual in all aspect of human nature (spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially). What makes our lives problematic are the things that is not even related o us but we usually get ourselves involved wit. Not being insensitive but sometimes we should learn just to let other people deal with their problems, even if they are our closest of friends. Who needs emotional baggage when you already have yours already. Keep it simple. |

I have to agree with that. There is nothing wrong with helping people out with their problems. We already have our own problems to deal with and so we have to first deal with our problems first. After we are already through with our own mess, then that would be the time when we try to help out our friends who are in need. We can never offer help if we also have some troubles ourselves. |
