Yahoo! Answers: Is Lucid Dreaming Dangerous Physically or Spiritually?

Thank author of this post/commentFor those who don't know, lucid dreaming is when you are aware you are dreaming, and have full control in your own sub-conscious. Lucid dreams are fun, but I've looked more into them and discovered that lucid dreamers experience sleep paralysis. I looked more into sleep paralysis, and discovered that your spirit is actually outside of your body, leaving you vulnerable to spiritual entities. I've read many people and their demonic encounters, while they were stuck in sleep paralysis. I am a devout Christian, and I DO NOT want to experience this at any time in my life! Do we allways experience SP after lucid dreaming? I'm very distraught about this discovery. Any advice would be very very appreciated.
