Thank author of this post/commentDreams are also the perfect place to live out your, uhm, dreams. Seriously, if you learn to control what happens in ...Lucid dreaming is when you are aware that youre dreaming and you can control what you do. I had a whole ...lucid dreams the other night, and its a lot of fun. According to scientists (psychologists and neurologists), there are two types ...lucid dreams DILD (dream-initiated lucid dreams) and WILD (wake-initiated lucid dreams). Theyre both the same thing, just two different paths to ...dreams is that there are some things that you cant do. You cant read (the text is always weird and strange-looking),

I don't often dream but every time I dream I always have lucid dreaming. I am quite confused about the strange feeling in the middle of my dream. There are some instances when I dream that I really thought I was in the middle of the occurrence, but time comes for me to realize that those things are but just dreams. Nothing more, nothing less. Now, I knew they are only my lucid dreams.

What I wonder is if the ability to control and remember your dreams mean that you have deeper sleep or less deep sleep? I have always dreamt a lot, but I find that when I am woken a lot, then I remember my dreams even more. Now a night that I wake from and find that I remember hours of dreams, wouldn't that mean I really didn't sleep deeply that night?
