Help with Lucid Dreaming

Thank author of this post/commentI go crazy when I try to search for information on how to have lucid dreams. Any real suggestions?

Hey Bryan

I think you need to be really relaxed, and also kinda not really trying to dream if you know what I mean.

Also, you need to be between sleeping and trying to fall asleep, apparently that's where the best lucid dreams take place.

They say a lucid dream can be controlled, that would be interesting wouldn't it !
