| I think the simplest way of saying about lucid dream is that if you are aware that you are dreaming then you can say that you lucid dream. As for me, a lucid dream is somehow a form of fantasy. In fact, many people are becoming interested to learn this skill. I experienced once and I dreamed of meeting m favourite celebrity. Well, no worries because it's just a dream. |
| I think it is important that we know how to control our thoughts even if we are day dreaming or in this case having a lucid dream. Because not knowing it, our subconscious dictates us on what we are to do and even our personality got affected by this kinds of thinking. As they say, it all starts in the mind and so we have to have healthy thoughts all of the time. |

Most definately! It is absolutely possible. I do every now and then, I found it determines on the Moon's cycle, in different phases it became more prevalent, as with other phases it decreased in spontaneuity. But yes, it is fun and interesting. |
