I need help I had this crazy dream that I was asleep and a spider was bitting me around my arms and pelvic area when I awoke in the dream I had these weird lumps all around my pelvic area and arms also in this dream i went back to bed and I awoke again to find spiders coming out of the weird bumps the funny thing is I remeber the spider that bit me was green and the size of a puppy it had purple dots all around it and then it vanished. Please help I never had such a vivid dream and I know it means something.

I had a dream that a spider bit my arm twice and then bit my face. In my dream I could feel the sting of the bites. I was in pain. Could you please explain if this has any significance?

I've had dreams about spiders for 4 days on the trot now...

In none of them was I harmed.

The first presented a big spider chasing the small spider on the wall upstairs of my partners house.

The second presented a football pitch filled with rows and rows of webs with millions of spiders. I had to weave between them to save my dog Romeo.

The third millions of spiders were climbing up my legs from my toes towards my head.

The fourth I saved a spider from drowning...

Please help me analyse these dreams to understand better what impact they have directly on me!!

Hi,

In the past 2 months i have seen 2 black spiders on my bedroom floor, 1 on my light switch as i nearly turned on the switch and noticed it, and one was crawling on the collar of my neck when my boss brushed it off me??? I am soooo scared of spiders as it is and i do not understand why i'm seeing more of them??? Please help!

i dreamed that i was in my room and then i saw this huge spider on one of the cornes of my bed it was like purple and pink and i told my cousine about it and he said he was gonna kill it and told me not to worry about it but he didnt kill it

please help me cause people have told me that that a purple and pink spiders mean death.....

well i dreamt thet i was in my room n then i saw a black widow n somhow it bit me it stinged i was so scared in my dream i remebered that i put a rumburband so it wont spread.in my dream i told my parents but they really didnt take it serious i went runnin to look for a clinic or somewhere then i crossed the strret n 2 men in a van stopped i was scared they were throwin something at me but im not sure what it was but in their last try that thing hit me...can u tell me what this dream means?

All dreams have meaning.. they are messages from your soul. You need only pay attention and the meanings will become clear. Someone else can't tell you the meaning as they are messages from you to you!

All dreams have meaning... or they could just be your subconscious mind playing tricks with your mind. That is how dreams work right? Scientifically speaking. Maybe you just watched a Spider-man movie or a movie with spiders with it.

Spiders are inhabitants of our unconscious, dark hairy creatures that we identify with evil and the unknown. Whenever a spider appears in our dreams we are under stress and fear the appearance of an unknown evil in our lives. Maybe some will say that we are "expecting" that appearance and it will come. I don´t go that far, I just say that it´s our minds reactions. Our mind is symbolic, and the stuff we dream is not what it seems. We dream of monsters, but in real life the monsters become real people and events. Cheers!

I hate spiders, and luckily i never dreamt of them and hope i never dream of them in my future sleeps. Know what i just think that you think lots of spiders or just watch spider man a couple of times that is why you dreamed of a spider biting your arm. I don't believe in dream interpretations. They are dreams and that is just that. There is nothing more to it than just our dream.

Did you notice if those lumps around your pelvis were already there before you had that dream that night?

Generally, a dream is an extension of the subconscious mind and it doesn't mean anything in our real life.

i haved a dreams that big brown spider where just going climbing up the wall. Every time we me and my husband chase one up the wall another would come from another corner. Then after awhile they disappear. time went by and we started talking and they started come two by two down the walls. I wasn't afraid but i couldn't ever catch one. i wake up with a lot of energy. And usually i and tried after a dream like that

i was sleeping then i turned to my left i open up my eyes and i saw this big spider just walking and then jump on the wall and then disappear while my eyes were open, i was like what the hell it was so real. then the other day, i was sleeping in the middle of the night i look up the ceiling i saw a big spider just hanging from the ceiling then walk and then disappear. whta is going wrong it look so real. what does that mean , im i crazy...

"Spiders"

A house made of straw is a frequent reoccurring dream of mine. Inside this house is everything comfortable. As soon as I enter, the entire ceiling and walls are covered with spiders. Big black spiders. I cannot get in. Then the big spiders cling to my skin. I have to pull them off.Each time I do this another sits on it's place. i have had millions of little spiders sit on my head and clinging. I had to jump into the pool in my dreams to rid of them.What does all this mean... Is it associated to witchcraft...what... even when I talk about it I get goose pimples

I dreamed 2 black spiders biting the back of my neck, I crushed them with my fingers and thats how i knew they were spiders, what does this mean, because I'm so scared of spiders!

Thanks to everyone who posted their spider dreams and experiences. I believe that the vast over whelming number of these are positive messages.

I have been particularly interested in spider dreams for the last few years. The traditional interpretation often show spider as being something evil or, at least, not positive. However, I’ve noticed that spider often show themselves in the dreams of the more spiritual types. How can this be? I guess it is possible that the spiders represent bad spirits who are attacking the dreamers but, in most of the dreams that I looked at, this didn’t seem to fit.

Spider Dreams –

Most of the spider dreams that I have looked at fall into certain definite categories:

1. If the spider comes down from a thread or out of a hole in the ground, she often represents the Grandmother Spider of the stories of Native Americans. In these stories, she often appears as a spider or a small, old woman.

2. If the spider makes a web, it is probably a shamanistic dream. This would be especially true if the web was near a car, or a doorway or gateway entrance. The treads of the web would be the shaman’s roads in his or her journeys to the alternative worlds.

3. But, in most spider dreams, the dreamer appears to be threatened or attacked by the spider or spiders. In these types of dreams, the purpose of the spider is to assist in the flow of prana or kundalini. Just as the real-life spider keeps her web clean and repaired, so do these dream spiders. Dreams where the dreamer is bitten, or spiders enter or exit the skin would fall into this category.

4. Sometimes I will read a dream where the dreamer captures the spider under a bowl, cup or similar shaped object. In these dreams, the upside down bowl symbolizes the top of the skull while the right side up bowl symbolizes the “bowl” that the serpent kundalini resides in at the base of the spine.

Color in a dream can also help us to understand what is going on.

I almost always consider a black animal (to include black cats and spiders) to be positive. The black color is associated with the ability to travel into the lower realm.

As for the other colors, I usually associate the colors with particular chakras. For examples, pink and green are both colors of the 4th chakra while purple is sometimes associated with the 7th chakra.

Spider Experiences –

Some may have very few spider dreams but seem to be spider magnets in real life. It is as if the spiders can not leave you alone. If you accept that spiders can be positive symbols in our dreams, then it is not too big a step to accept that they can be good signs when we are awake.

Encountering these spiders may be synchronicity. The late Carl Jung said that synchronicity was a meaningful coincidence rather than just a coincidence. I remember reading about one woman who would going through a kundalini awakening and used to see snakes just about everywhere. They were snakes that she saw in her yard or on television, in newspapers etc. This would be an example of synchronicity.

In the Jungian approach to dream interpretation, the contents of our dream typically come from either the personal unconscious or the collective unconscious.

The personal unconscious contains complexes such as the mother or father complex. The collective unconscious contains archetypes. Either one of these could have something to do with your dreams of killing people.

As an example, let’s look at archetypes more closely. In our dreams, the dreamer usually represents the ego (which is the center of the consciousness). If you are killing other people, your ego is killing archetypes. If this is your situation, then the ego is very jealous of its position in the psyche and does not want the other dream people to take any of its power.

As I was typing this, I thought of another possibility. Edgar Cayce stated that a spinal injury can sometimes cause nightmares. If this is your situation, then some type of spinal adjustment might be helpful.
