'relationship, shoes' Dream Interpretation

Background: I went on a couple dates with this guy between Feb and May of this year and things were great. Then in June he moved up to NYC for the summer for work and before he left things were great. After he moved, he and my best friend (who worked in the office with him) went to dinner and he was really nice to her, knowing she is my best friend. I don't know what happened after that, bc my best friend started acting weird with me and pointing out how he was not a good guy for me by telling me a play by play of his every day. I told her to stop telling me bc I didn't want to know but then he sort of lessened talking to me too. I let it slide since I knew his life was crazy and so was mine. Last week, after getting fed up of rumors and my friend starting up **** again, compounded with my own crazy personal life, I tried talking to him with no avail. And, I wrote him a snippy email just pointing out that I didn't want to be ignored and that I was just trying to clarify any misunderstandings. I felt bad just jumping to conclusions, so I wrote another email last Friday stating that I was sorry to jump to conclusions and laid all the cards out on the table for him, explaining my crazy personal life, the rumors, things with my best friend and what not. After that he hasn't been online on chat (I don't know if he blocked me, but maybe he did.)

Anyway, now to my dream. The first part of the dream last night was recurring and the second part was the first time I have had that dream. The first part of the dream, he and I are in bed, there is a lot of passion. I feel a lot of love and trust and commitment in the relationship. Now the second part of the dream last night was two parts: one part, that we were sitting at a table, both very nervous and having a really solid and whole hearted discussion about confrontation and clarifying a lot of things about what we want. It started out with nervousness but then moved to satisfaction and comfort. After this I don't remember but then, we were in a shoestore or a gym and about to go running or exercising. In my dream, I left my sneakers (white and orange) on a rack to be picked up when I am ready to exercise but when I went there with him and another unknown third guy, my sneakers, I couldn't find them. The three of us looked for them when finally he just told me to buy a new pair, which I did and they were just in front of me, same as the ones I had lost.

Like I said earlier, the part of passion in bed with kissing and sex and commited relationship was a recurring dream but the part with the clarification and confrontation and the shoes was new.
