'drowning in the sea' Dream Interpretation

drowning in the sea

a) Iam supposed to ride a train - i refuse to board the train , preferring to walk down . Soon i start sliding down the hill , uncontrollably . At one point in the fall , i notice how the train i was originally supposed to board is chugging down to our destination . I can also see my mother watching me slide down , wanting to help but unable to do so ...

b) I am in the beach - i rush towards the sea & jump in the water ; only to find myself nose deep in brown , silty water . My feet are slipping in the sand . I had not expected the water to be so deep - i try to get to a shallower place , yet end up even deeper. I can see the sunshine above me & yet when i try to get out of the water , i cannot . I take in water ; yet i do not drown & die ...

Can i pls be helped in understanding these dreams??
