Auto-writting

I have started automatic-writting. it is when you try to channel a spirit through writting. I read alot into this and it is a legthy process because at first all you recieve is scribbling, but lately I have started to get shapes such as many figure 8's (if anyone knows what that means???). you basically need to be in a meditative state with pen or pencil with paper and you rest the ink on the paper and release all muscles in that arm and let it go. First and formost be open really open. It takes time so don't give up. I hope I have helped some.

I like this idea a lot but I think scribbles and drawing are harder to interpret. I used to hear a lot of chattering voices and I found when I just started writing (nothing at first, just any words that popped in to my head) that after some time it finally started to flow and what the voices were saying found its way on to paper. It was such a release!
