| What are these chakra pressures that I am feeling and what does it mean? Hi, When I have lucid dreams, or sleep paralysis, I sometimes feel an intense pressure and heat on the center of my forehead. Does anyone have insight why I am feeling this? What does this mean? Recently, instead of feeling the intense pressure and heat on my forehead, I felt it on my tailbone. However, this time I had a lot of pain, there was so much pain I woke myself up while in sleep paralysis. When I woke up all the pain was gone, but some pressure and heat still remained. Does anyone have any insight on what is going on? I can understand having this pressure on my forehead because dreaming is closly correlated with the pineal gland, but I am not sure how it would end up on my forehead. |

It certainly sounds like activity at the sixth. And, as you may have read, heat is a very common symptom that is associated with the opening of a chakra.The pain at the tailbone may refer to the awakening of kundalini. Unusual experiences and strange dreams often accompany such an awakening. |
