Answers: i need some feedback from skeptics and believers of my first tarot read

so the woman said i have a lot of negativity around me, something i've been avoiding and it will come back worse and hit me hard. she also mentioned my chakras will weaken specifically my root and i will feel a sharp pain on the side and then my stomach when i am menstruating and even when i am not, as a result of that i will never be able to have children. how can these cards lie such a detailed fate? also she says i cannot get through this negativity without some sort of spiritual healer, she suggested i get a second opinion and not tell them what she had said. any thoughts?
