| This is my first time to encounter about Astral Projection. But, according to some of my friends it based on religious accounts of the afterlife. I doubt whether "astral body" separate from the physical body really exist. Perhaps this is just a result of human. Can this be considered as a spiritual practice? I tried to read some articles about it, but I am a bit skeptical. It would be nice to hear some experience from other people. |
| I think that Astral Projection is true. How do you explain those times when you feel as if that incident or occurrence already happened to you, like deja vu, for instance? That's the time when you're doing Astral Travel. I'm no expert but that's my own layman's explanation of this concept. I believe that we should not underestimate the power of our minds and of our faith. Faith can move mountains so why can't it make our body to Astral Projection? |
| Maybe with enough knowledge and proper execution, one can be able to do astral projection. Ever since, I always have this curiosity on how any person could project through the power of their very minds. I just do not know if I can be able to do that yet, I think I am not that ready by now.
